What we collect

Name, email address, phone number and country when you submit a form; account details when you register; your onboarding progress, profile choices and any journal entries or messages you create.

We do not ask for trading account numbers, deposits or identity documents to register. Some historical records from earlier transfer requests may include a broker account ID; these are kept for record-keeping only.

How we use it

To run your account, review access, provide support, and send account and educational emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.

Service providers
